History

By on January 17, 2014

The Baltimore-Luxor sister city relationship began in 1978, with an official agreement signed in 1982.  In 1995, Baltimore also paired with Alexandria, Egypt. There has been an ebb and flow to the committee’s activities over the years. Many of the early projects are described in the various reports you will find on this page.
